Our Attitude Towards your Privacy

We value you as a site visitor or user and respect your right to privacy. We understand that maintaining the confidentiality of both your “personal public information” (such as email address, address, phone number, etc) and “personal non-public information.” (such as payment information, social security number, etc)  Both of these together, we call “Your Information”;

We do not share, rent or sell you’re Your Information with any non-affiliated third parties. We will not rent or sell Your Information to any outside organization or marketer.  We further maintain security practices and procedures designed to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of Your Information. We train our employees about safeguarding visitor/user information and preventing unauthorized access, disclosure or use, while limiting employee access to Your Information to only those who need it to assist you.

What information do we disclose to internal organizations?  We may disclose the following kinds of nonpublic personal information about you: Information we receive from you on applications or other forms and from other communications with you, such as your name, address, financial account numbers, social security number, assets and income, credit history, debt repayment information, your transactions with us, such as your account balance, monthly payment obligations, payment history, and method of payment.

How do we protect information?  We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to only those employees who need to know that information to provide assistance to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.  We cannot protect information transmitted by you by email to us prior to us receiving it. Email by its nature is not truly secure. Information transmitted to your email address by us is your responsibility to keep private and safe from unauthorized access.

How do you Opt-Out?  We have many Marketing Partners that may offer services that will be useful to our clients. Some personal information may be shared with these Marketing Partners, unless the client chooses not to allow us to share this information. This is called Opting Out.  If you do not want your information to be shared with our Marketing Partners, and wish to "Opt-Out," you must either send an e-mail to the address shown above.  You must include your name, client number or phone number, and the words "Opt Out." Further, state that you do not wish to have your personal information shared with our Marketing Partners.
