If
after 12 months your credit scores have not improved and you have faithfully
followed all the advice and instructions given to you as a member of Citizens
Credit Bureau, you may request a full refund of your membership fees based upon
our warranty refund policy:
1.
Although Citizens Credit Bureau
cannot guarantee a specific outcome or result, Citizens Credit Bureau warrants
that a member’s credit scores will improve within twelve (12) months of active
membership or Citizens Credit Bureau will refund all monthly membership fees
paid by the member.
2.
This warranty is contingent upon the member using the educational
materials and following the advice and instructions given by Citizens Credit
Bureau.
3.
This warranty is contingent upon the member providing Citizens Credit
Bureau with initial credit reports within thirty (30) days of becoming a member
in order to create a Credit Analysis Report and new credit reports every ninety
(90) days in order to create new Credit Analysis Reports.
4.
This warranty is contingent upon the member paying membership fees for a minimum
of twelve (12) consecutive months and is not valid until such time.
5.
This warranty will be null and void if a member influences the factors
that may negatively affect the member’s credit scores, including but not
limited to, length of credit history, credit inquiries, number and type of
recently opened accounts, mixture of credit accounts, and payment history.
6.
Any refund request must be in writing and sent to Citizens Credit Bureau.
